Happy Memorial Weekend!!! This spring season has been an uphill battle for us all due to the unpredictable weather and appreciate each of you being so understanding and patient with us. Over the last few years, we have implemented and set a lot of new standards of practice to be prepared for another chapter for Riverside. We will be going live with a completely new computer driven scheduling and billing system. During this time, we need you to be patient and understanding as we make some positive changes. We soon will be able to send you invoices that you can pay online, sign documents and many other features that will allow both our customers and our staff to interact more efficiently. As in every year, inside storage is very limited and we ask that you return your requests as soon as possible so if you are not returning, we can offer opportunity to customers on our waiting list as soon as possible.
