If you plan to launch early in 2026, please note below so we can place you accordingly in the Winter.
If you haul out late, you must be ready to launch early as there are people behind you that may be ready

IT IS HEREBY AGREED THAT:

Storage rates include haul out and storage for the 2025-2026 winter season. Rates DO NOT include bottom wash for indoor trailer boat customers, un-stepping spars, laying up engines, plumbing, removal/placement of winter covers/frames nor removing/placement of sails. This work is done at the prevailing rates.

  1. Owner’s shall purchase and maintain, during the term of this agreement or any extension thereof, fire, marine casualty, public liability, and property damage insurance in a sum equal to the greater of the full replacement value of the boat or $300,000.00 per occurrence, for the boat and other property, including the property of other owners at Racine Riverside Marine/River’s End Marina, and liability insurance for personal injury, death and property damage sustained by any owner, his or her family, guests, crew, agents, employees, or independent contractors. Racine Riverside Marine/River’s End Marina shall be named as additional named insured on all such policies of insurance, which shall be issued by solvent and reputable insurance authorized to provide coverage within the state of Wisconsin, and such policies shall additionally provide that coverage may not be cancelled except upon 30 days prior written notice to Racine Riverside Marine/River’s End Marina. The owner herby agrees to protect indemnify and hold Racine Riverside Marine/River’s End Marina, its directors, officers, agents, independent contractors, and employees harmless from and against any and all liability losses, costs, expenses including attorney’s fees relating to any claims demands, damages, losses, recoveries, judgments, costs, expenses, suits or causes of action arising out of the acts of omissions of the owner, his or her family, guests, crew, agents, employees, or independent contractors. The owner hereby acknowledges and agrees that Racine Riverside Marine/River’s End Marina is not a bailee, nor an insurer of the boat or other personal property of the owner
  2. We will charge for such things as: skids wider than boat, swim platforms, davits, bowsprits, outboard rudders, or any other protrusions.
  3. Winter storage season runs from October 1 through May 31. Any winter storage boats left in the main yard after June 1 will be moved to another area of the yard at the owner’ s expense and will be invoiced for summer storage.
  4. As a safety measure, all motors must be decommissioned & fuel tanks filled.
  5. The management must approve all skids; the service department will repair a t owner’s expense.
  6. No electricity will be available in the yard or storage building after posted yard hours. At no time shall 110-volt lines be left plugged into outlets overnight while boat is in storage. No heaters are allowed in boats while in storage.
  7. Owner’s cooperation in keeping yard clean is appreciated. Owners will be billed for cleanup of excess litter caused b y themselves or their crew or guests.
  8. Boats removed from storage require fourteen (14) days advance notice. At launching owner agrees to furnish a minimum of four mooring lines and four fenders of adequate size and condition to secure the boat. If these items are not accessible, they will be provided at the owner’s expense.
  9. Dock space is limited. We would appreciate the removal of your boat as quickly as possible. Boats not removed from our docks within two (2) days of launching will be charged a $1.00 per foot per day mooring fee beginning the third day.
  10. Boats for sale must list with Racine Riverside Marine Yacht Sales Brokerage Office.
  11. The marina will not be liable for damage to boats while in the water or on land due to storms, winds, waves, rise and fall of lake level, and/or o t h e r acts of God.
  12. The marina makes no warranty with regard to ladders, scaffold, walks or other gear and shall not be liable for injuries to persons or property occurring thereon.
  13. No outside competitive labor will be allowed in the marina unless approved by the marina in advance. If approved, said person must bring proof of liability insurance into the office before entering the yard. If insurance certificate is not available said person will not be allowed in the yard.
  14. No unattended children are allowed in the yard.
  15. Dogs are to be always kept on a leash. You must clean up after your dogs. No dogs are allowed inside the building or the restrooms.
  16. All contracts are null and void as of the date of sale of any boat. Seller must let office know buyers billing information
  17. The marina is hereby given a lien upon the boat, its content and equipment for any and all charges for service, repairs, or for storage of same, or the balance owing on any other account(s) owing the marina by the owner or the lessee of the boat.
  18. Any boat deemed “Abandoned”, meaning t h e owner cannot or will not move the vessel, or cannot be reached by phone, mail, or email after this contract ends may be moved and a storage lien put on the vessel. The owner may be charged labor and expenses for the undertaking of this procedure. Any vessel, abandoned boats or trailers left after 30 days of the end of this contract will become the property of Racine Riverside Marine or River’s End Marina unless prior arrangements are made.
  19. The customer is responsible for removing the transducer(s) and/or informing the office of its location. The Marina is not responsible for any damage caused with haul-out or Launch
  20. The owner agrees to pay $500 deposit by July 7th to secure your space. By August 4th ½ of the remaining balance is due.
    FUL L PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT HAUL OUT OR YOU BOAT WILL NOT BE HAULED NO EXCEPTIONS!
  21. Accounts not in good standing after December 8the, 2025 deadline will not be granted renewal for the 2026 / 2027 season. Once accounts are in good standing you will be eligible on a case-by-case basis for renewal the following year.
    2025/2026 WIN TER STORAGE CONTRACTS MUST BE RETURNED WITH YOUR DEPOSIT BY July 7th, 2025.
    Deposit will not be refunded if storage is cancelled.
