VOC-Exempt Reducer - Quart

A premium quality solvent comparable to those used in Sea Hawk reduced VOC antifouling paints. Can be used as an additive to ease the application of solvent-based paints, or for cleanup of brushes and spray equipment. The VOC-Exempt status of 2053 permits it is use without adding to VOC reporting and record keeping limits.
