Square bend u-bolt with bracket mounts tire on tongue or trailer frame. Fits frames 2in. square or rectangular 3-1/2in. x 4in. Fits 4 or 5 lug hole rims. Extra long 8-1/2in. shaft fits 8in. to 15in. tires. Padlock is not included.
