Made of 1-1/2in. square, 16-gauge steel tubing and covered by 2in.x 20in. PVC pipe. Galvanized guide posts extend fully into the PVC tube for additional strength. Mounts to trailer cross members up to 2in. wide by 2in. high. All mounting hardware included.
