Rock hard outer shell, seamless & almost indestructible. Core is 3 lb. high density polyurethane foam. All eyebolts are hot-dipped galvanized medium carbon steel. Eyebolts are permanently bonded inside buoy preventing wear and eventual loss of floatation.
