Lockable Spare Tire Carrier

Zinc plated U-Bolt carrier secures tire on tongue or frame up to 3in. wide. May be used on 4 or 5 hole rims. Will fit all 8in. - 14in. and most 15in. wheels. Will prevent theft of spare tire. Does not include lock.
