Owners information on this Vessel:

Hull:

The striping has been removed from the cabin and deck.  The bottom paint is old and needs a new coat.  There are superficial dings in the gelcoat at the bow and near the stern.  

Canvas:

There are no canvas covering or frames.

Standing Rigging:

The turnbuckles are old and replacing them for the shrouds and stays in recommended.  Standing Rigging has been properly stored indoors but has not been inspected recently.  

Running Rigging:

The cockpit traveler has come loose and needs to be replaced.

The spring-loaded boom kicker is old and needs replacement.  

Rudder:

Moisture readings indicate water in the rudder.  It may need to be removed and overhauled and the seal at the shaft refurbished.  

Steering:

The locking mechanism for the wheel is broken and needs replacement.  

Electronics:

There are no navigation electronics.  

The VHF radio is not installed.  

The engine monitoring electronics does not register the rpm.

Sails:

The sails are older and may require professional cleaning.

Anchor Windless:

The anchor windless was functional when last professionally maintenance, but its deck switch or other electrical connects may not be operating.  

Deck:

Water has leaked into the deck on the starboard side.  The deck needs to be re-caulked.  There's an indication of leaking at the mast step and the through bolts may need replacement.  Screens for the opening ports are missing.  Glazing of the forward hatches may require replacement.  

The Engine:

The diesel engine has not been run often in the last seven years.  There is no log of the engine hours.

Tanks, Fuel Filters and Fuel lines:

Fuel has been sored in the tank for at least five years.  The fuel tank, fuel lines, and fuel filters will require servicing. 

Propane:

The propane tank has been removed from the yacht.  Re-installing propane will require installing an approved propane tank housing.  

Stove:

The stove runs on propane or LPG, but a compressed gas tank is not in place.  

Refrigerator:

The refrigerator is old yet worked well when last used.

Pressure Water & Heater:

The system leaks and will need repair.  

Cabin:

The cabin sole at the mast has been damaged by water, and the cabin sole at the companionway is also water damaged.  The aft stateroom berth and cabin sole has been stained by a fuel oil leak.  The shower sump pumps have not been run for a long time and may need to be refurbished or replaced.  The laminated cabinet tops are lifting up and need replacement.  The electric bilge pump exit hose is not connected and requires an exit pipe fitting.  

Emergency Equipment:

Fire extinguishers need replacement.  Gas detector and fire detector have not been maintained.

Batteries:

On house battery does not keep a full charge and needs replacement.  

Electric Panel:

The tape deck/radio has been removed.  The replacement is not installed.  

In General:

The yacht is not ready for sea trials and should not be expected to be sea trialed at the current offering price.
