Dear Customer,
the chicago Strictly Sail Boat Show is officially over and our thoughts now start to turn towards the launch season. We hope everyone has had a good winter so far but now it is time to plan for the Spring.
We have been busy this winter with a major project of enlarging our Ship's store. When you stop by this spring you will find a new look and expanded product lines. We also look forward to your comments as to what you would like to see in the store so we can address your needs. Store hours will be expanded as we approach the launch season.
We are the regions’ Platinum level Hunter dealer. Our service department is here to meet all of your needs for engines, electrical, plumbing, rigging, and fiberglass. We are servicing dealers for Yanmar diesels, Marine Air/Cruisair air conditioning, Nissan/Tohatsu outboards, and Suzuki outboards, and Dealer Certified installers for Raymarine & Garmin Electronics. We stock many OEM parts and perform service for all popular brands of engines.
We would like to remind you that our mobile service technicians make regular stops at all harbors from Milwaukee to Chicago. The cost of service travel can often be divided among other stops at your harbor. Call us early so that we can schedule you service in the most economical manner.
Enclosed is your 2013 Spring Service Order. Please select the services you would like us to perform, and return it via mail, email, or fax. Keep in mind that we don’t perform any services on your boat unless we are asked to do so. Please speak with our service department if you need any assistance making sure your boat is safe and ready for the water.
Also enclosed are samples of our popular Engine, and Dinghy Start Checklists. Selecting these services will allow our technicians to address your boat’s most vital, and commonly overlooked, maintenance issues.
The entire crew here at Racine Riverside Marine is preparing for a great boating season, and we look forward to seeing you this spring.
